According to the Circular Regarding the Re-issue of Administrative Charging Items by Food and Drug Administration Subject to the Management of Central Government from Ministry of Finance (Finance-Tax [2015] No. 2), and the Circular Regarding the issue of Administrative Measures for the Charging Standards for the Registration of Drugs and Medical Devices from National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC-price (2015) No. 1006), CFDA has formulated the Charging Standards for the Registration of Drugs and Medical Devices, Rules for the Implementation of Charging Standards for Drugs (For trial implementation) and Rules for the Implementation of Charging Standards for Medical Devices (For trial implementation), and hereby promulgate the same, and will implement the same from the date of promulgation.
